Step 2: Complete Registration Forms

Download, complete, and submit the Academy Contract along with any required documents.
Download and review the Parent Handbook. Submit the signed acknowledgement page.
Download, complete, and submit the Parent Emergency Contact Information card.

Step 3: Submit Initial Payment

The amount required to complete your child's enrollment varies based on the date you commit to our program.

Early Enrollment prior to March requires only a commitment fee at registration.
Standard and Late Enrollments (March and after) may also require a curriculum fee and current tuition at registration.
Payment may be made by check or via Venmo.
